Welcoming Dan Lopez to the CDF!

As we mentioned in the last TOC meeting, Dan Lopez (on cc) has joined
the Linux Foundation and will be supporting CDF in Program Management
and Operations.

Fun fact -- Dan was actually the fourth employee at the LF back in
2008, then went on to do a decade of work in big data, cloud native,
and petabyte-scale systems (all running Jenkins of course and other
CI/CD systems). We are excited to have Dan back at the LF!

Please join me in welcoming Dan!

PS: I will still be around helping out but mostly in an advisory role :)
