The Continuous Delivery Foundation (CDF) is running an election to fill six Technical Oversight Committee (TOC) seats. Of these, 4 are project seats open to representatives of CDF projects.
For this year's elections we have had 4 nominations for the 4 project seats so it is an uncontested election. The 4 candidates will be awarded the positions by acclamation. The term begins July 1, 2021.

Steve Taylor (Ortelius)
Steve has a unique background that allows him to see across multiple CD disciplines. He is active on both CNCF and CDF SIGs giving him a complete picture of both the challenges and future direction of the CD pipeline. Steve has demonstrated his commitment to the CDF and would be an excellent addition to the CDF TOC Board.
Andrea Frittoli (Tekton)
Andrea is a software engineer and developer advocate at IBM.
He is passionate about open-source, to which he has contributed for the past ten years.
He's a strong advocate about transparency and vendor neutrality in open-source.
Andrea is an elected member of the Tekton Governing Board.
He's been an active contributor to the Tekton project since its early days.
Andrea serves as co-chair of the Event SIG and contributes to the Interoperability SIG.
Andrea believes that the CDF is serving a key role in bringing the CD development and user communities together, creating forums for constructive and vendor-neutral discussion.
He would be honoured to serve as a member of the TOC, and contribute to promoting interoperability in the DevOps ecosystem.
Jithin Emmanuel (Screwdriver.cd)
Jithin Emmanuel is a Senior Manager for Software Development at Verizon Media. Jithin is the product & development owner for Screwdriver. He has been involved with CDF since the day Screwdriver joins, and is fully committed in the success of Screwdriver community. By that, I'd like to nominate Jithin to the board of Technical Oversight Committee, thank you.
Oleg Nenashev (Jenkins)
I am humbled and grateful to be nominated for the CDF TOC by the Jenkins community! I have been an active contributor to the project since 2012. I am a Jenkins core maintainer, governance board member, and an acting events officer. I have contributed to many community programs, including open governance, public roadmap, Jenkins Enhancement Proposals, and Jenkins graduation in CDF. I regularly participate in the CDF TOC meetings as a Jenkins representative. I am a CDF community ambassador, and help to organize events and outreach programs like GSoC. I also contribute to the Free and Open Source Silicon Foundation where I work on open hardware CI and evangelism. I am a principal engineer in the Community Team at CloudBees. This role allows me to dedicate time to drive many initiatives in the Jenkins project and the foundations.
If elected to the CDF TOC, my main priority will be to coordinate technical programs within the CDF. I plan to help CDF projects improve their community and governance processes so that they could improve and graduate in the CDF. Another priority will be interoperability between projects so that the CDF end users can easily combine them for their software delivery needs. I will work with the CDF special interest groups to define a public technical roadmap for the CDF initiatives, including but not limited to interoperability and security. I will also facilitate collaboration between the CDF, member companies, end users, and other open software and hardware foundations, i.e Linux Foundation, Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), Open Source Security Foundation (OpenSSF), RISC-V Foundation, CHIPS Alliance, etc.
