Hello CDF Community, 

cdCon is a chance for the global software community to come together in an in person setting to meet peers, share best practices and ideas, learn from each other and hear about the latest trends in software delivery. We are doing it all over again but this time in person aiming for early June 2022. 

We are in search of 6 - 8 folks to make up the program committee for cdCon 2022. 

The program committee will require a 2 hr commitment per month and additional hours closer to the final program publishing. If you are interested in participating, please send me a direct message and I will be sure to include you in the bi-monthly meetings. 

The program committee for cdCon 2022 will be mainly responsible for the following: 

• Updating and helping structure cdCon's program tracks

• Update CFP description

• Review, score and provide feedback for incoming talk sessions

• Select cdCon 2022 early bird sessions

• Select cdCon 2022 final program

• Promote CFP and event 

Additionally program committee will also assist with input for the following:

• Recruit keynote speakers

• Recruit session speakers

• Define fundraising initiatives at cdCon 2022

Time Commitment: 

• Meetings will be held 2x per month, (1) hour long each session

• Starting: Nov. 1, 2021 

• Ending: Mar. 14, 2022

• + additional hrs closer to CFP closing 

Why participate? 

As a program committee member you help define the cdCon 2022 program on behalf of the CDF community. We are also including a few incentives... (1) free ticket to cdCon 2022, (1) CDF hoodie, (1) t-shirt, (1) pair of socks, and (1) program committee badge. Volunteers will be selected by Oct. 29, 2021. Thanks!
