Elections for CDF TOC Project Seats

All, 4 of the 9 TOC seats are selected from CDF project representatives as per charter: i) four representatives nominated by, and voted upon, by the technical oversight body (e.g., a technical steering committee) of the TOC Projects (as defined herein). Each TOC Project may nominate a maximum of one project representative to run for these seats. We would like to kick off the election process for this, with a proposed timeline as:
Further details in the proposal are captured here: CDF TOC Project Rep Elections Proposal Based on feedback in the TOC meeting today we will start moving forward towards this timeline and will be reaching out to project communities to select their nominees. This is the first time we are running an election for the TOC project reps in this way and will be tracking here https://github.com/cdfoundation/foundation/issues/322. Dear Tracy, Dear CDF TOC members, The Jenkins community has reviewed the potential candidates and nominated Oleg Nenashev (me) as the CDF TOC Project Representative candidate from Jenkins.
