To help the board better understand the existing billing requirements for CDF projects and plan for these expenses going forward, I've put together a small questionnaire. Please help circulate this to leads/admins of the CDF projects who might be able to answer these questions.

Once we have this data, we can get billing accounts setup with CI and cloud providers with sufficient budgets to aid in CDF project development.
