I think it looks good. It at least sets a good foundation that can be tweaked later on if there ends up being any part of it that we find lacking.

The PR has been open for 3 months and I believe all the outstanding comments are resolved and it's in a good enough shape to call it 1.0. As with everything else in the CDF, this is a living document that can be changed down the road if need be.
